Your personal information will be processed by The Hub Company and any subsequent supplier of these services only in accordance with our instructions.The Registration Portal and App allows access to the Bridge Community Farm site and secure delivery of Covid-19 test results.

You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the Registration Portal and App or by corresponding with us via phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use the Registration Portal or App and subscribe to our service. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, date of birth, and photograph.
Information provided to us from the Testing Supplier.
The chosen Testing provider may provide us with information about you, specifically an anonymised test result which we match to your profile and deliver to you.
Information we collect about you.
With regard to each of your visits to the Registration Portal and/or App usage we may automatically collect the following information:technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from the Concierge Portal (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, industry organisations, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

- in respect of health data (including temperature check results) collected from you, we will use that data to review whether or not that person can be safely admitted into the grounds in light of UK Government Covid-19 guidance.
We will process health data in these ways only where we have obtained explicit consent to do so. If we are not given consent to use health data in the ways described above, the individual concerned may not be given access to the grounds; and we will disclose that same health data (including temperature check results) on a confidential basis to a governmental organisation, health authority and / or equivalent where required to do so by law as part of a UK track and trace or similar programme.
Information provided to us by Testing providers.
We will use this information:to issue you with a Covid certificate and enable access to relevant grounds, in line with our admissions policy and terms and conditions of entry; anddeliver anonymised secure test results via the Registration Portal, Email or App.
Information we collect about you.
We will use this information:to administer the Registration Portal, the App and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
- to improve the Registration Portal and App to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer/device;
- to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service when you choose to do so;
- as part of our efforts to keep the Registration Portal and App safe and secure;
Disclosure Of Your Information
We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.We may share your information with selected third parties including:Named business partners (e.g. The Hub Company), clients, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.When we share your information with selected third parties they will process your information as either a data controller or as our data processor and this will depend on the purpose of our sharing your personal data. We will only share your personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation.

We will destroy copies of those post-racing reports after 1 year.
