Bridge Wellness Gardens is excited to present a brand-new offering: Wellbeing Days.

As we steer through the complexities of modern living, balancing family, work, and countless responsibilities, the importance of personal time becomes evident. Have you thought about dedicating a few precious hours solely to yourself?

Wellbeing Days at Bridge Wellness Gardens are an invitation to immerse yourself in an experience centred around your well-being. Spanning four hours, these sessions are tailored to refresh both your mind and body. Dive into the world of essential oils, crafting soothing pillow sprays, invigorating massage oils, and relaxation roll-ons. Complementing this sensory journey, participants will be treated to refreshments and lunch, freshly prepared using our own produce.

For those curious about what the day entails:

  • Arrival: You'll be greeted warmly by our team and directed to the Better Lives Centre. As you find your comfort zone, we'll serve refreshments to set the tone for the day. A brief introduction will outline the activities, and for your safety, we'll dispatch medical questionnaires beforehand.
  • Morning Session: The day kicks off with insights into the essence of well-being. This is followed by hands-on experiences with essential oils, guiding you in creating your personal relaxation aids. Subsequent workshops will focus on mental clarity and relaxation techniques.
  • Lunch: A delightful pause, where meals are thoughtfully curated to satiate both palate and soul.
  • Afternoon Session: The serene Meditation Dome awaits. Designed for tranquillity, this space, with its ambient lighting and calming music, sets the stage for relaxation. Various seating options ensure your comfort. Here, participants will learn relaxing breathwork techniques, indulge in meditation, and experience the harmonious tones of a sound bath with crystal and Tibetan healing bowls. Those interested can also opt for distant Reiki healing.

The day winds down with a reflective discussion, allowing participants to share their experiences, followed by refreshments.
