Wellbeing Days at Bridge Wellness Gardens are an invitation to immerse yourself in an experience centred around your well-being. Spanning four hours, these sessions are tailored to refresh both your mind and body. Dive into the world of essential oils, crafting soothing pillow sprays, invigorating massage oils, and relaxation roll-ons. Complementing this sensory journey, participants will be treated to refreshments and lunch, freshly prepared using our own produce.
The day winds down with a reflective discussion, allowing participants to share their experiences, followed by refreshments.
